Honor, remember and celebrate the remarkable people in your life by making a tribute donation to the National Hospice Foundation (NHF). Tribute donations allow you to recognize special occasions such as anniversaries, birthdays and graduations, or to memorialize a loved one.
Memorial Donations
Honor a special life and show support by making a memorial donation. Following your donation, a note will be sent to a family member or person you designate to inform them of your thoughtful gift. The gift amount is kept confidential.
Honor Donations
Celebrate a special accomplishment such as a graduation, bar mitzvah, anniversary or birthday. Or thank someone who has made a difference in your life by making a donation in their name. We will send a note to the honoree to inform him or her of your thoughtful gift.
Giving in Lieu of Flowers

In Lieu of Gifts
When celebrating a special anniversary, birthday or other significant event, you may consider asking others to give a unique gift in your name. Family members and friends can donate to the National Hospice Foundation in your name for these special occasions.
